1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trity Softtech website at tritysofttech.com or our Android application (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and, where you act on behalf of an organisation, that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Accounts & Roles

The Platform supports the following roles, each with different access:

• Client — registers, subscribes to a plan, and manages plants, operators, and related records.
• Operator — invited by a client to record daily logbook readings and operational data.
• Service Partner — invited by the Company to receive and act on service notifications.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@tritysofttech.com.

We use OTP email verification at registration and for sensitive operations. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Plans: Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Plan features and pricing are shown on the Platform and may change with notice.
• Taxes: Applicable taxes (GST) are added as per Indian tax laws and reflected in your invoice.
• Payment processing: Payments are handled by third-party gateways (e.g. Razorpay). We are not liable for failed transactions or errors occurring on third-party payment systems.
• Refunds: Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the plan terms communicated at the time of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or readings.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' data.
• Transmit malware or interfere with the Platform's operation.
• Infringe intellectual property or harass other users or our staff.

7. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of the plant records, logbook readings, and documents you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Platform's features to you and your authorised users. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, modify, or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and the "Trity" and "Trity Softtech" marks, is the property of the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve months.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and request account deletion at tritysofttech.com/account-deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. Certain records may be retained after termination as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. We may update these Terms periodically; material changes will be notified by email or website notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
